Australia: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders in Australia. A signature is required on delivery. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details when your order is on the way.

International: For international shipping, please contact us for a quote. Our team will assist you with the details and costs related to international delivery. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days. If your piece is crafted to order, please allow the production time shown on the product page before your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is handcrafted or made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Ring size is disclosed in each product description, and it's the customer's responsibility to confirm the correct size before ordering — we do not offer resizing after a piece has been made.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with photos of the issue as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can help resolve it quickly.
